Benefits of Deen Dayal Rural Development Skill Scheme:-
- Under this scheme, different types of training will be given to the youth in rural areas so that they will be able to become self-reliant for their future.
- In this scheme, along with training the youth, they will be given a training recognized by the Government of India so that they will be able to use it for their future.
- Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushal Vikas Yojana, people will be given training under this scheme in different states and their own cities only.
- More than 200 works have been included in the list of this scheme, in which separate training will be given to the youth.
- Employment opportunities will be increased in the states under this scheme and at the same time India’s dream of becoming self-reliant will be fulfilled.
Training under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rural Skill Development Scheme:-
The first batch for training under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana was inaugurated from the Taxila campus which is currently located in Dhola. This training will be completely residential, in which the trainees will have food and drink facilities, as well as clothes, will be given to them. Along with this, a hostel will also be provided to the beneficiaries so that the trainee can get the full benefit. Initially, 5 districts have been targeted under this scheme, in which the beneficiaries will be given training.
Objectives of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Rural Skill Development Scheme:-
- Under this scheme, work will be done to make people self-reliant in rural areas of the country.
- Under this scheme, employment opportunities will be increased in rural areas.
- Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana Special type of training will be given to the youth in rural areas.

- Aadhar Card:- For the identity of the applicant
- Voter ID:- To authenticate the address of the applicant
- Age Proof:- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- Income certificate:- Income certificate to check the income of the applicant
